  • If you are consigning as an agent, information about the animal's owner
  • Your IP address, browser and device information, and the timestamp of your submission
  • A snapshot of the sale terms in effect at the time you accepted them

Your progress is saved as you go, so you can finish later. Information you have entered but not yet submitted is visible to Legend Buttes — including your contact details and how far through the form you have progressed — and Legend Buttes may contact you about a consignment you started but did not finish.

We use this information to evaluate and process your consignment, communicate with you about it, and prepare animals for sale. Submission records — including the IP address, browser information, and accepted terms snapshot — are retained as a legal record of your submission and to support fraud prevention or dispute resolution. These records may be retained even after your consignment is approved, rejected, withdrawn, or the sale has concluded.

ReachEquine acts as our data processor for consignment submissions and retains a copy of submission records on our behalf.
