ROYAL TEXAN BOONIE

Boonie has been used extensively on the ranch including branding, gathering, sorting; you name it, she’s done it. She’s also got a motor that will last for those days that never seem to end. She has been learning a refined reining pattern & a little team roping. I think that she would be a great fit for nearly every rider, excluding any beginners. She loves to chase cows & go fast is great for someone that loves to do the same.

I started team roping with her the summer of 2025 and sparingly have gotten some chances to get practice time roping. She came to me for training in 2022. I took a couple months to get her ‘restarted’ and by the time she was ready to go home, I wanted her to stay. She’s one of the most level headed mares that you might ever be around. Calm and easy going, she gets along with horse and human. She is in the prime age and condition of her life and is ready to take you wherever you desire.
