Monte’s resume is a long one. He is versatile, good minded, & quiet to be around. He has branded thousands of calves, doctored, sorted, ponied colts, & been to every ranch rodeo, jackpot & some cowhorse shows. Eat up a cow, lopes nice, big stop & rollback! Always been 100% sound! Rope both ends on him from the 13s down. He scores well, runs to the hip, pulls hard & smooth finish. Heeling, he reads a cow makes an honest corner & has a huge stop.

This is my go to horse for a ticklish job or a tough roping. I He is well started in the breakaway and would excel there. I’ve showed him a little in the cowhorse. He lopes good circles both ways, changes leads, spins, big stops and roll backs. Boxing is easy to him and he will eat one up down the fence. I bought him as a long yearling from the breeder, started him as a two year old and since he has proven himself in the rough country and in the arena.  He is sound, straight legged & good backed with no knots or scars. Monte is a rock solid gelding that I am proud to put my name on.
